Massage
Massage
is a hands-on therapy intended to relax muscles and calm the
nervous system, helping to release stress and tension from
the body. Massage also increases endorphins, the bodies own
natural pain killer and ‘feel good’ chemical.
It helps
soothe away headaches, relax taut and aching muscles and
helps to banish insomnia. Massage is great for reducing
anxiety, increasing circulation and toning muscles. It can
encourage lymphatic flow and replenish energy.
The length of
session is typically 1 hour but will vary according to needs
determined by the client/practitioner evaluation.
