About me
Twenty years in high-pressure finance and investment banking trading floors, operations, strategic delivery and alongside it, the quieter but equally demanding work of being a parent and trying to stay connected to myself in the middle of all of it. I know firsthand what it costs to keep performing, to shut it down and push on, and the incremental toll that demanding lives take on our health, our relationships, and our sense of self.
What brought me to this work goes deeper than a career change. Like many of the people I sit with, I reached a point where surface-level solutions ran out, and I needed something more: a deeper, more honest, more courageous relationship with myself. That journey culminated in my training as a psychotherapist and to my own ongoing evolution.
How I work
I believe how we show up in the world is shaped by stories we're often unaware we're telling about who we are, what we're worth, and what we have to be to belong and feel safe. They show up in patterns, surprising reactions, and relationship dynamics we keep recreating. In a world that relentlessly privileges the outer doing, achieving, optimising, the inner world rarely gets the same attention. But going inward can unlock and release real capacity, clarity, and understanding, which can lead to profound benefits in our sense of self, happiness, and our relationships at home and at work. It can widen the window of what we can hold, which changes how we respond to pressure, to others, and to ourselves. In a world that increasingly sleepwalks us into disconnection, that work has never mattered more.
I'm an integrative psychotherapist, which means I draw on a range of approaches shaped around what you specifically need the body, the nervous system, early life experience and attachment working with you to understand how these show up in your life right now. Running through everything is a transpersonal thread: the recognition that we are not just a collection of symptoms, histories, and patterns, but whole beings with a deeper need to find meaning and feel connected to something beyond the everyday. The work is shaped entirely around you. Warm, honest, and not passive, we work together actively, with you at the centre, moving towards your own evolution.
