Psychotherapy for Individuals in the trenches of all stages of life

In person and online - in Esher, Surrey and London

Helping you find safety within yourself, in your relationship and in your world.

We live in a world that rewards ultra-independence, endless insta self-help, the push-it-away-and-push-on mentality, and silver-bullet fixes. We champion holding it all together—career, parenting, identity, family, and the stage of life you're in—ALL OF THE TIME with a polished mask for the world to see, but often what we actually feel can be very different from what we show to the outside world.

"Often what we actually feel can be very different from what we show to the outside world"

If you find yourself just going through the motions and feeling lonely even though you are always connected. Maybe you’re relying on something that’s starting to feel out of control. Or you might be carrying grief, betrayal, and broken trust with no place to share it. It could be the exhaustion of putting on a different face in every situation, repeating patterns in destructive relationships, or dealing with constant anxiety even when there is no immediate reason. Or perhaps you struggle with parent guilt, feel like you’ve lost yourself, or quietly worry about repeating the past. These are the kinds of challenges I help people with across all ages and stages of life.

Urban Healing Therapy

Therapy isn't about becoming a better version of yourself for everyone else. It's about coming home to who you were before the world taught you to be someone else and finding that person enough.

Why invest in therapy?

Many of us spend our lives trying to meet the demands and responsibilities of work, family, partners, and friends, always feeling the need to appear happy and in control. In the middle of all this, it’s easy to lose touch with who we really are and what we actually need, which often leads to unhappiness and deeper longing and questioning. We often learn early on that we’re only accepted or loved if we act a certain way, so we keep trying to earn love and belonging. The parts of ourselves we hide or deny don’t just go away; they show up in repeating patterns, habits we wish we could break, overreactions, or the feeling that life looks fine on the outside but feels empty within.

Therapy can give you something that’s rare in everyday life: real acceptance from another person. Being truly seen and heard without judgment can help you stop performing and start reconnecting with your own feelings, needs, patterns and truth. If you’re navigating demanding careers, raising children, managing relationships, or carrying the daily pressures of life, this is often what’s missing. It’s not that something is wrong with you—often, it’s these unknown drivers that have never had a chance to be felt, understood, and worked through so you can transform, grow and evolve. Therapy is a process that can be challenging at times, and it involves your willingness to go to and feel parts of you that don’t get the light of day, but often the answer to the change we are looking for lies buried in these parts.
