Although we make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our site up to date, we make no representations or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content is accurate, complete, or current.

The MERSA Questionnaire is used as a structured clinical intake assessment to help inform our initial work together. It incorporates validated screening tools (including the PHQ-9, GAD-7, and Core 10). It is not a diagnostic tool — results do not constitute a clinical diagnosis and are used solely to guide the therapeutic process

We Are Not Responsible for Websites We Link To

Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only and should not be interpreted as approval of those linked websites. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.

Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Different limitations of liability apply to the supply of our therapy services, as set out in our Therapy Terms.
Our site is provided for personal use only. You agree not to use our site for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Use of this website or its contact forms does not establish a therapist-client relationship. A formal therapeutic relationship is established only after you sign a Therapy Terms agreement and complete an initial consultation with Lauren Taylor.
This website is not monitored 24/7 and is not suitable for emergency or crisis situations. If you are in immediate danger or require urgent mental health support, please contact your GP, call 999, call NHS 111, or contact the Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24 hours).

How We May Use Your Personal Information

We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy, available on our website. If you submit a contact form or questionnaire, you give explicit consent for us to process that information to respond to your enquiry or provide therapeutic services.

We Are Not Responsible for Viruses — And You Must Not Introduce Them

We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your own technology and using appropriate virus protection software to access our site.

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which it is stored, or any connected server, computer, or database.

If you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland. If you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
